Whether you want to warm up before a day of climbing or you’re looking to combine a couple yoga sessions together for a longer practice, these warm-up sessions are a great place to start.
Warm-Up Class 1
This is a warm-up class that will help you warm up your big muscle groups.

Warm-Up Class 2
This is designed to warm up your big muscles, get you feeling good in your body, and get some movement in the joints – with a crescent (side-stretching) theme.
