A strong core is crucial to every aspect of climbing; each move on the wall revolves around your core—it’s the connection between your fingertips and toes. A solid core also helps prevent injury. These classes are designed to be challenging. But stick with it, and you’ll notice a huge difference in your overall strength and technique.
