The Mental Edge
In this final week of Yin Yoga 101, we’ll look at the second main principle of Yin meditation: playing the mental edge. This approach gives the yogi choices in their practice. And making wise choices deepens one’s perception and experience of karma (actions and their results). It is this refinement of awareness and response to conditioned reactivity that slowly starts to liberate us from suffering and allows us to grow gradually into kinder, wiser, and more compassionate beings.
