Welcome! I am really looking forward to guiding you through your whole foods, plant based journey!

I grew up on a small farm in Southwestern Ontario with my mom, a local teacher, my dad, a proud farmer and chemical engineer and, my older brother, goaltender extraordinaire. The farm was established in 1834 and I am part of its 7th generation. We grew and raised a good portion of the food we ate from rhubarb to green beans to peppers and tomatoes.
