Part 1
Run 100 meters at a sprint pace and record your time, or spin for 30 seconds as fast as you can. Repeat 1 to 3 times, depending on your fitness level.
Part 2 – Yin Yoga Sequence
Hold each pose for 1 to 3 minutes.

Part 3 – Core Series
- Washing Machine Abs – 20 reps
- Plank Hold – 60 seconds
- Handstand Hold – 30 seconds or to near failure
