Day 1 – Rest
CONGRATS! You completed Warrior Week. Have you ever deserved a rest day more than this?! Enjoy it. Take this time to recharge and get ready to see all of your progress in your final strength test at the end of the week.
Day 2 – Legs and Core
Do 10 minutes of cardio of your choice, then repeat the warm-up three times through.
