Week 5 Workout 4 - Active Recovery/Mobility - Carmel
The goal for this workout is an RPE of 3/4. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds between exercises.
Complete 3 rounds. Rest 60-90 seconds between rounds.

- Jumping Jack
- Alternating Back Lunge with Shoulder Dislocate and Reach Around
Rest for up to three minutes, then move on.
