Week 1 Workout 4 - Active Recovery/Mobility
The goal for this workout is an RPE of 3/4. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds between exercises.
Set #1
Complete 3 rounds. Rest one minute between rounds.
EXERCISE
- Loosey Goosey Dance
- Jumping Jack
- Alternating Back Lunge with Shoulder Dislocate and Reach Around
Rest for two minutes, then move on to the next set.
Set #2
Complete 1 round. Take as much time as you need with each move in the mobility flow.
