Week 8 Workouts - The Big Finish
As you know, this week is a repeat of last week, so get after it!
Day 1: Fat-Burning + High-Carb
Workout: Fat-Burning Complex
Nutrition: High-Carb
Perform the moves back-to-back with no rest in between, using the same weight for all the exercises. Complete five cycles, and rest one to two minutes between cycles.

- Dumbbell Power Clean – 10 reps
- Dumbbell Push Press – 10 reps
- Dumbbell Squat – 10 reps
- Two Arm Dumbbell Bent-Over Row – 10 reps
- Dumbbell Deadlift – 10 reps
Day 2: HIIT + Low-Carb
Workout: Bodyweight HIIT
