Week 2 Workouts - Rise and Shine
You’ll see that this week is a repeat of Week 1’s workout. That’s intentional, so take what you learned last week and keep pushing. And remember to download the Fitness Manual and check out the Exercise Library at the bottom of the Table of Contents for more details on each move.

Perform the moves in order back-to-back with minimal rest in between. Do each circuit for three to four rounds, resting one minute between rounds.
