Congratulations! You have made it to the halfway point of the challenge! I’m so excited you’ve committed to doing this with our amazing community. By now, you should be noticing changes in your body and this is the week to start assessing those! Because changes typically happen slowly over time, we’re going to ask that you fill out another set of questionnaires and retake your numbers to see the progress you have made!
