Strengthen Your Core
By now, you know how important your core is to your footwork and body position while climbing. The following exercises will target your core so that you can execute your new footwork techniques with precision, control, and grace.
Keep in mind that all core exercises should be performed while engaging the core by pulling the navel in toward the spine. And, for a mega core workout, perform each of these exercises for 1 minute each, without resting in between. Voila, 10-minute abs!
