Welcome to this master class on meditation with Alan Finger. For each lesson, you will:
- Explore different levels of meditation, how to get into those different levels, and how to bring the results of meditation into your daily life
- Practice meditation and pranayama in an effort to move into Samadhi, where your consciousness is still and begins to reflect spirit—just presence and being
- Do a self-study assignment that reinforces what you’ve learned and prepares you for the next lesson
