Venus Lau
Venus Lau, NASM-CPT, is a movement and mobility specialist, certified trainer, coach, yoga teacher and fitness model. Her movement style is influenced by Animal Flow as well as yoga, calisthenics, primal movement and bodyweight training. Since 2007, she has helped clients of all ages and abilities find the power of the body-mind-soul connection to achieve their fitness goals. Venus is based in Los Angeles and teaches at workshops, events and private retreats around the world.
Marcus Martinez
Marcus Martinez (RKC, IKFF) has been helping people reach their fitness goals through kettlebells since 2001. He is a certified trainer, a Master Kettlebell trainer for Kettlebell Kings and former Onnit Academy Kettlebell Master Coach. Marcus is based in Brea, California and has extensive experience in teaching, building and developing training programs and modules, and running a fitness business.
