Phase 3: Days 8 and 18 - Booty Blast
Equipment Needed
- Small exercise band loop
- Dumbbells
- Bench/chair/box
Do each move for 30 seconds. Perform them back to back with no rest in between. Repeat the first two circuits three times through. Rest 30 seconds between rounds. Then repeat the third circuit just twice through, still resting 30 seconds between rounds.
For Day 18 – Time to blast that booty one more time! Grab some heavier weights and really push yourself.

- Banded Pulse Squat
- Banded Squat and Hold
- Banded Side Kick
Circuit 2 – Single-Leg Burn
