Phase 3: Days 2 and 12 - Great Guns
Equipment Needed
- Exercise band with handles
- Dumbbells
- Medicine ball
Repeat circuits 1 and 2 three times through. Rest 30 seconds between rounds. For the Tabata workout, perform 20 seconds of all-out work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Go through the workout two times for a total of four minutes.
For Day 12 – Try to do this workout the whole way through and push yourself – this is Phase 3!
