Phase 1: Days 7 and 17 - Total Body Sculpt
Equipment Needed
- Jump rope
- Dumbbells
- Medicine ball
Repeat circuits two times through. Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
For Day 17 – Focus on the mind-muscle connection with each circuit. This will help you focus on the muscle you should be working so you don’t overcompensate with other surrounding muscle groups that might be stronger. Feel free to challenge yourself by decreasing your rest time, increasing your weight or number of reps in each circuit.
