Pre-Test Time
We’ve incorporated a pre-test into the program in order to better track your progress throughout. It’s your time to push hard. If you do, you’ll be able to better gauge your overall fitness, brag to your friends about how far you’ve come, and get your body ready to enjoy every ski day you desire, whether that means the best pow day, bluebird special, epic bump run, a long backcountry tour, or anything in between.
And make sure to download the full workout PDF, so you can follow the program regardless of your internet connection.
