I’m often asked what a vegan can eat for breakfast. The answer? Lots of foods! In this module, we will go over many of the ways us vegans can enjoy our morning meal. Here are a few grab-and-go breakfast ideas to start you off:
- Toast with tahini and nutritional yeast
- Vegan yogurt with fresh fruit
