Now let’s talk about meal planning. There are two main ways to meal prep–creating full recipes, or batch cooking ingredients.
Creating full recipes means deciding which recipes you’ll want to eat for the week, and making that recipe, whether it’s one or more, ahead of time! This can be great if you know you have a busy week coming up and want everything ready to grab and go.
