Welcome to Easy, No-Mess One-Pan Meals! I’m your instructor and Clean Eating’s culinary nutritionist, Beth Lipton.
To me, a big part of healthy eating is that it has to be simple, fast and convenient, so it doesn’t become just another thing on your to-do list. I want you to really enjoy your healthy meals, and that means they have to be delicious and fuss-free. A big part of that is easy cleanup.
