Getting Started
Welcome to the Core Construction program! It’s time to bulldoze bad habits and bring the hammer down on your mid-section. Over the next 30 days, we’re going to nail down your workout routine and help you reconstruct a strong core.
Before you get started, be sure to download (and print if you wish) the Workout Calendar and Workouts for easy reference.
These workouts can be done anywhere, anytime, with minimal equipment. To best complete these workouts you’ll need:
- A balance ball
- A small resistance loop (light to medium)
- 2 washcloths or gliding discs
- A mat
- Dumbbells
