Week 2: Organization
Last week we talked about recipe selection, a key step in cooking once for the week. I encourage you not only to think about selecting main recipes, but to also consider some of the smaller items that can add flavor and fill in some of the gaps in your meals. Remember that cooking once for the week doesn’t mean you have to eat the same thing each day. There are five items that you should keep on hand that can help you to reuse your recipes throughout the week.
