Getting Started
Jason and BACKPACKER are excited to help you accomplish your fitness goals, so you can get after it on the trails.
This course is designed to be finished in 6.5 weeks (one section per week) and is laid out with a Monday through Sunday schedule. That said, feel free to adjust the schedule to fit your needs. If you need to start on a Wednesday, then shift the workout plan to fit your schedule. And if you skip a day, do your best to get back on track ASAP, so your fitness level doesn’t decrease.
