Week 6 Training
Welcome to Week 6. Remember, you can follow the workouts below or download the printable Track A or Track B training plan and Warm-Up Routine. Bringing the plan to the gym with you will ensure you know when to climb, hang, and rest, and how many reps/sets to do, how long to chill between sets, and more.
Campus Board
Remember, the purpose of the campus board is to force you to move quickly—to cultivate power and explosive movement. So endeavor to move dynamically, and if the exercises feel too easy try going bigger or using just one alternating foot on the kickplate, etc.
