Hanging Technique
A super-useful hangboarding technique tip I once heard is this: Imagine trying to holding a tennis ball in your armpit while you do your hangs, This will encourage good form—elbows together, arms slightly bent, shoulder blades down and together on the back.
There are many different grip positions to train, but for the sake of simplicity we will focus on these two common grip positions. I feel confident that for the purpose of this course, training these two grip positions is the absolute best use of our time and energy.
