Week 4 Training
Well, you’ve done it—you’ve made it to Week 4! You should be ready to go full “beast mode” at this point, crushing the grips, dancing up the wall like Baryshnikov, and making projects quake in fear the moment you step into the gym. Here’s what we’ve got lined out, for your final week of training:
- Monday: Rest
- Tuesday: Climb and Shoulder-Injury Prevention
- Wednesday: Finger Strength and Core
- Thursday: Rest
- Friday: Climb and Shoulder-Injury Prevention
- Saturday: Climb and Finger Strength
- Sunday: Core
