Week 3 Training
Welcome to Week 3! This week we’ll focus on route intervals, power-endurance climbs, route pyramids, and more ARC sessions. We’ll also be crushing more core, shoulder-injury prevention, and finger-strength exercises. You should have a solid base by now, so work on pushing your workouts and climbs with confidence.
