Week 2 Training
Welcome to Week 2! This week we will continue to build our base. While still focusing on warmups and form, it’s now also time to push a little harder. Hopefully, you’re hitting your stride after seven days back at it, and would maybe even call yourself a climber again! If you’re feeling sore, the good news is that Monday is a rest day. So lay low, eat and sleep well, and prepare your body for the week ahead. At a glance, here’s what our week will look like:
