The third pillar is lifestyle. Once someone has an appropriate diagnosis and then figures out the meal plan that’s right for them, many times symptoms will still exist. This is because often there’s a big lifestyle piece that’s missing or out of harmony.
Lifestyle means everything from movement (exercise, workouts, whatever you call it), stress reduction, skin and body care, and all other critical lifestyle factors that may or may not include supplements and/or medications.
